The FX delay's REGENERATION travel — how much of the wet tail feeds back in.
Stops short of 1: unity feedback is a runaway the kernel hard-clamps anyway, so offering it would draw travel the DSP refuses. Not NORMALIZED_RANGE for exactly that reason — it is a 0..1 quantity whose top the DSP does not accept, and a control must not offer a value its actuator will eat.
