    Variable NORMALIZED_RANGEConst

    NORMALIZED_RANGE: { max: 1; min: 0; step: 0; unit: "" } = ...

The 0..1 normalized scalar — a fader position, a send level, a crosspoint, a plugin parameter in normalized form.

VOCABULARY, not a desk travel, and so it lives here rather than in @freemixer/declarations: 0..1 is the extent of the normalized REPRESENTATION itself, the same on every console that has ever existed. No desk declares a normalized scalar running to 2, so there is nothing for a contract to say and nothing for a client to learn over the wire. Same standing as CONTINUOUS: both describe how a number is spelled, never what the desk will accept.

What the desk WILL accept for a given control is that control's own declared travel, which is a different fact and never this one.
