    Interface RtLoadState

    The engine's RT load on the wire (task #121): the measured busy-per-quantum reading (see core RtLoadReading — ratios of the real cycle budget) plus the headroom verdict's honest operator copy. level/message come from core assessRtHeadroom over the same reading the server gated with, so the UI never re-derives (and never disagrees with) the add-band guard's decision.

    Peak busy/budget ratio since the previous reading (read + cleared at the engine).

    The operator-facing message as a translatable code + parameters — what the UI renders.

    cycles: number

    Cumulative count of measured cycles.

    level: RtHeadroomLevel

    The headroom verdict: ok | warn (above the warn threshold) | refuse (above the refuse threshold — non-essential DSP adds are being declined).

    message: string

    The English log/debug rendering of coded: engine at N% of its real-time budget.

    overruns: number

    Cumulative count of cycles whose busy time reached the whole budget.
