    Interface ResourceRemoveResult

The result of a DELETE. broadcast is present exactly when the address STILL reads after the removal — a send row's address is the (channel, bus) pair, which does not stop existing when the send does, so its surfaces need the neutral frame; a deleted scene's id resolves to nothing, so there is no frame to send and the list arrives as a ripple instead.
