Why a request could not be served, in a form a transport can map to a status.

Type Declaration

"no-such-resource"
No resource is registered at that path template.
"no-such-instance"
The path is registered but the instance does not exist (unknown channel, unallocated bus).
"not-writable"
A field in the delta is not writable on this instance (or is not a field at all).
