Function buildTopology

Build a MixerTopology from a TopologySpec. The three pieces are assembled here: channels via channelIds (from the layout counts, or the explicit channels list), capabilities from the feature matrix, and sendMatrix from the declarative SendSpec. Adapters keep only their model, counts, any feature deviation and their inherent stereoPairs.
