The sample rates (Hz) openmixer offers while it OWNS the clock pace (issue #350) — the
number the operator dictates to the segment, exactly like a Roland desk's REAC menu.
192 kHz is deliberately absent and is not a policy choice: REAC runs over 100BASE-TX and
the downstream broadcast alone would need ~196 Mbps at 192 kHz — roughly twice the link.
It cannot work on this hardware, so offering it would be offering a control that silently
does nothing (see docs/hardware/clocking-and-sample-rate.md). This IS the REAC closed pace
vocabulary (REAC_CFG_RATE_LIST), not a second fact that merely coincides with it
(an internal spec §4b).
