The bundled default install config (openmixer-server --config <this> — the RPM's
default, task #103). Deliberately EMPTY: with the preset axis gone there is nothing for
it to select, and every knob it could carry has a working default. It ships anyway
because the unit names it and loadConfigFile refuses a missing file — and
because %config(noreplace) makes it the one place an operator's edits survive an
upgrade. Resolved relative to this package (config/console.config.json), both from
src/ (tests) and dist/ (bins).
