Every declared preset, in picker order — at least one per configuration, chamber among the
halls. A configuration with no preset is a gap reverb-presets.test.ts refuses.

carry their declared come-up values rather than being omitted: a preset that left a field unset
would leave the row in a state that depends on what was there before it.
