The Graph tab's raw link door — an OPERATION: PATCH { running: true, from, to } creates a
link from an output port to an input port and lands once the daemon confirms it (or refuses,
same shape every other row refuses in). Was POST /patchbay/link on the console's OWN port,
un-prefixed (deploy #70 divergence #1, rest-entity-map conformance) — the address changes,
the guard (patchbay-link-guard.ts, ONE_PHYSICAL_INPUT) does not.
