The default appliance — restricts nothing. Caps equal the engine maxima
(BUS_INPUT_CAP input channels), every section/dynamic/tap present, freeReorder
allowed, both stereo widths, no pool. Selecting it (or having no profile set) is today's
behaviour byte-for-byte: capAllocation under it is the identity clamp at
BUS_INPUT_CAP, so migration is additive and safe.
