Quiet gate (issue #97): when NO band rises above this, EVERY band reads as silence.
The reason is a real complaint, not tidiness. With a display window reaching −100 dB, a live
rig's idle noise floor (~−70 dBFS per band: preamp hiss, dither) draws every band at roughly a
third of full height — the "flat low block" on near-silence. The gate is keyed on the LOUDEST
band, not per band, so the moment anything real plays the whole spectrum renders normally,
sub-gate detail included.
