The operator's word, straight from the UI spec (§27): monitor analyses and SHOWS —
detected note, measured harmonics, the cut it would make — and never touches the EQ;
adaptive applies safe corrections automatically. A closed vocabulary so the row's
codec and a picker are built from one list.
Monitor exists because the architecture spec (§41) makes it MANDATORY before automatic
correction: an operator must be able to see what HRP would do before letting it do it.
