    Interface SendStateReport

THE STRUCTURAL CONTROLLER'S ANSWER SHAPES — payloads, not wire frames.

Each of these was a ServerMessage until 2026-08-15, when the thirty frames the surface had stopped reading were deleted (task #147). The SHAPES survive because they are what the controller's own methods answer with, and what the owning rows' stations project from; only the type discriminator went, because nothing puts them on a socket any more. A client reads each of these facts at its own address — /channel/…/send/…, the send row's MAIN assignment, /channel/dca/{index}/members, /channel/muteGroup/{index}/{members,active,name}, /patch/output/{kind}/{index}.

    Index
    channel: ChannelRef
    level: number

    Linear send level (0 = removed/silent).

    tap: "pre" | "post"

The send's legacy pre/post classification (derived from where the tap resolves).

    tapSpec?:
        | "pre"
        | "post"
        | "Top-Of-Ch"
        | "Post-Trim"
        | "Pre-EQ"
        | "Post-EQ"
        | "Pre-Fader"
        | "Post-Insert-A"
        | "Post-Insert-B"
        | "Post-Fader"
        | "Post-All"
        | { position: number }

The rich tap spec the send carries (preset / position / legacy), when reported.
