    Interface Subgroup

    One audio subgroup: the group bus id (a mix-kind channel), its master linear gain, its mute, the input channels assigned into it, and how it folds into the main mix.

    interface Subgroup {
        id: ChannelId;
        mainSend?: number;
        master: number;
        members: readonly ChannelId[];
        muted: boolean;
        toMain?: boolean;
    }
    Index

    The group bus channel (a mix-kind ChannelId).

    mainSend?: number

    The group→main send level (linear). Absent is unity (1). Scales the whole group's contribution to the main mix on top of the group master.

    master: number

    The group master's linear gain (0 = silence, 1 = unity; >1 boosts).

    members: readonly ChannelId[]

    The input channels routed into this group.

    muted: boolean

    true while the group is muted — its whole summed output is silenced.

    toMain?: boolean

    Whether the group feeds the main mix. Absent is true — a classic sub-group folds back into main. Set false to run the group as a stem / standalone output that never reaches main.
