    Interface HrpVoiceMeasurement

    One voice's measured harmonic ladder, as either corrector observes it.

    A "voice" is whatever the measuring tier tracked as one fundamental: live it is the C tracker's voice, alive across frames; offline it is one NOTE of the take, measured over every window it sounded in. Both answer the same four questions, which is why one function serves both — and why voiceId is only required to be stable within one proposal.

    interface HrpVoiceMeasurement {
        confidence: number;
        deviationsDb: readonly (number | null)[];
        f0Hz: number;
        partialConfidence: readonly number[];
        voiceId: number;
    }
    Index
    confidence: number

    0..1, how sure the detector is of the voice. §24's "voice confidence" weight.

    deviationsDb: readonly (number | null)[]

    Per-harmonic deviation from the learned baseline, deviationsDb[k] = harmonic k + 1. null is UNMEASURABLE — unripe, ambiguous, absent, or too rare to be a property of the take — and an unmeasurable partial is never cut (§54). Not "quiet": those are different facts and only one of them invites a correction.

    f0Hz: number

    The MEASURED fundamental, Hz — never a tempered grid value. Bands are placed off this.

    partialConfidence: readonly number[]

    Per-harmonic attribution confidence, indexed like deviationsDb. §24's third weight, and the term §11 lowers when two voices' grids land in the same place.

    voiceId: number

    Identity within this proposal. Ties in the ranking break on it, so it must be stable.
