WHAT EARNS A STATUS — never prose alone.

specs is required for every status: a roadmap claim cites a spec or note with nothing built as surely as a built claim cites one that shipped (§9's "nothing built" is still a citation, not a bare assertion).
built additionally needs validationRow (a VALIDATION.md row id) or a packages entry that names a real workspace package — the operator has walked it, or the code exists to walk.
progress additionally needs builtSoFar — what is done, so a reader is not left guessing which half of the claim is real.

Properties

builtSoFar?: string

For progress: what is built so far, in the declaration's own words.

packages?: readonly string[]

Workspace package names (@freemixer/...) the ratchet checks against the tree.

specs: readonly string[]

Repo-relative spec/note paths under an internal spec whose Status line is the evidence.

validationRow?: string

A VALIDATION.md row id — the operator's own walk, cited never invented.
