Interface DelayState

A native FX delay (send/return or channel insert). The time is EITHER free (timeMs, used when sync is false) OR tempo-synced to the console BPM as a note division in BEATS (syncDivision: ¼=1, ⅛=0.5, dotted-⅛=0.75, ⅛-triplet=1/3), resolved as syncDivision × 60000 / bpm. feedback is regeneration (0..<1, hard-clamped in the kernel), mix the wet/dry (1 = wet-only, the FX send/return default), tone the feedback-path damping (0 = bright, →1 = dark), pingpong cross-feeds the legs so echoes bounce L↔R.
