    Interface ClippedChannelEntry

One entry in the /channel roster's clipped fold: a latched channel's own address, plus the SAME at/count its own /channel/{kind}/{index}/clip row derives from the identical store — the collection carries a fold of its members, never a second copy of their facts (strip-order-row.ts's own law). A surface reading the roster learns WHICH channel latched, WHEN, and how many times, without a subscription per strip.
