What the live desk is USING, per pool: the addresses still attached to something.
Attached means whatever orphaning would cost the operator work to undo — a send with at
least one tap, a DCA/mute-group with members, a matrix point with a source, a strip with a
patched input. The caller decides; this module only reads indices out of what it is handed,
which is what keeps it pure and keeps the definition of "in use" in one place per pool
rather than duplicated here.
