Resolve the effective ServerConfig for a bin: config file (named by --config / OPENMIXER_CONFIG, optional) < env overrides, with the runtime-network web overlay applied last. No file + no env = the schema defaults; zero-config openmixer-server boots the console, as does every other invocation.
