Instantiate the adapter named in config. software is built in; any other name is resolved through a dynamic import of its package. Throws a descriptive error if the package is not installed or exports an unexpected shape.

There is no mock branch any more (task #33): a name for "a desk that is not a desk" is what let a zero-config server come up hollow. A console with no hardware behind it is still THIS console — see conformance-desk.ts, which composes it with every world-touching seam declared absent.
