Function decodeOscMessage

decodeOscMessage(data: Buffer): OscMessage | null
Decode a single (non-bundled) OSC message.
Parameters
- data: Buffer
Returns OscMessage | null
the message, or null when the datagram is not one: an empty buffer, something that does not start with an / address (an OSC bundle, say), a malformed type-tag block, a truncated argument, or a tag the codec cannot size.
