Function stateToParams

stateToParams(kind: "eq", state: EqState): ProcessorParam[]
A processor's typed state → the generic param list, dispatched by chain kind. The single entry the chain wiring / block library / AI-composer call so they never special-case a processor. ('dynamics' is the compressor node — see the chain in channel-chain.ts; the gate is its own 'gate' node.)
