Serialise a live Processor chain to its on-disk ProcessorSnapshotJson
form — the strip's whole processing ARRANGEMENT as one ordered list. A near-identity map
(a Processor already serialises to JSON), narrowed to the persisted fields.
This is the only representation of the ARRANGEMENT on disk, and it is what
ChannelSnapshotJson.processors holds. It is not the only processing state on disk: the
typed eq/gate/comp/delay/reverb blocks carry those stages' VALUES, and chain
carries the LV2 insert list. Each has its own controller and its own door, so each is
captured from the store that owns it — one store, one writer.
