Creates a snapshot of the given data.
Type Parameters

- level: "chain" | "strip" | "processor" | "console"
  The composition level (processor | chain | strip | console).
- data: T
  The data to be snapshotted.
- Optionalat: string
  Optional ISO timestamp for when the snapshot was taken.
Returns Snapshot<T>
A Snapshot object with an immutable copy of the data.
