Re-point ep's legs onto the ACTIVE profile of each named device, given the live sink
inventory (#181).
A leg whose port is live is kept untouched. A leg whose port is absent but whose DEVICE is
present under another profile takes that profile's port at the leg's role slot — L → the
device's first port, R → its second (see SinkPortInventory). A leg whose device is
present but which has no such port is reported in broken and keeps its original port, so the
caller surfaces it rather than dropping it. A leg whose device is absent entirely is left
alone: it defers and heals when the hardware returns.
