    Function recordTapsOfferedFor

    • The tap points THIS KIND offers the recorder — an ordered subset of RECORD_TAP_POINTS.

A BUS MASTER OFFERS ONE POINT, and that is a declared fact rather than an oversight. The master lane's capture is omx_bus_out_stage's output — the summed, post-master, pre-route signal that IS the console's digital output, which is the only thing "record MAIN" can mean (§5's "print the mix"). There is no second place in that walk to take a file from, so offering a bus a Pre-Fader capture would be a contract declaring what does not exist, and the send would answer applied: true and write somebody else's audio.

An INPUT offers all three, because its walk bears all three names: the input tap before the chain, the processed lane before the fader, and the same lane after fader x mute.
