The physical inputs in hot that NO channel sources any more — the honest set difference
behind "48 V is still on a socket nothing is patched to" (#384).
sourced is the identity of EVERY channel's physical input, one entry per channel, so a
split (two channels sharing one preamp) contributes the same key twice and the input is
orphaned only once BOTH channels have left. That is the whole reason this takes channel-wise
keys rather than a set: dropping the shared preamp because one of its two channels moved would
cut the other channel's condenser dead.
Pure: the caller decides what "hot" means (today: the last +48 V this desk asserted there) and
what it does about it. Order follows hot, de-duplicated.
