Run ONE native actuation and report what the audio did — the boolean→refusal narrowing,
written once.
A native lane writer answers false when the write resolved against nothing (a lane the node
does not carry, a stage torn down under it) and THROWS when the seam itself failed. Both are
actuations that reached no audio, so both become coded refusals: southbound actuator contract
§4.2, "an actuation that reached nothing must report failure". A call site that discards the
boolean answers PROJECTED for a write that moved nothing — the same silence that let
five features be built against an empty setMute body (CONTRIBUTING §3).
Lives here rather than in the console because it is pure ProjectionResult vocabulary:
a boolean, two names, and the two codes a client already localizes.
Parameters
call: ()=>boolean
the native write, answering whether it resolved against a real stage
control: string
the control's name in a refusal — mute, fader, setStripEq
