The members of a mute group by id, or an empty array if no such group. The one-tap mute-group action mutes exactly these channels.
Parameters
- safety: SafetySnapshot | undefined
  the session's safety snapshot (may be undefined)
- groupId: string
  the mute group's id
Returns readonly ChannelRefJson[]
