Whether the measurement microphone can reach a loudspeaker — the door's safety test.
MUTE DOES NOT COUNT, deliberately. A mute is a transient control one gesture from being
released, and a routing decision is what this asks about: a channel assigned to MAIN and
muted is a channel that howls the moment somebody unmutes it while the mic is a metre from
the horn. The honest state for a measurement channel is UNASSIGNED and sendless.
The CUE bus is not counted either, and for the reason BUS_KINDS already draws the line:
cue is a monitor path, not part of the program-audio summing topology. Soloing the mic sends
it to headphones, which is how an engineer checks the mic is alive — not to the PA.
