    Function lawSentenceKeysOf

    • The i18n sentence keys for a fact's declared laws (R-056) — what a help entry or a manual block RENDERS, never a second table of English. Empty for a fact that declares no laws (most facts; only the native processing stages and the two routing facts feeding a summing bus declare any). LAW_SENTENCE_KEY resolves one law to one key; this is the per-FACT join a consumer (packages/web-ui/app/utils/help.ts, harness/manual-guarantees-gen.mjs) reads instead of walking contract[fact].laws and LAW_SENTENCE_KEY itself.
