    Function isRoutableOutputKind

    • Is kind a routable output — a channel kind whose tail can be routed to a physical sink through the output crosspoint (patchbay.output)? This is DELIBERATELY wider than isBusKind: every audio bus is routable, AND so is the cue monitor bus, whose cue_L/cue_R tail is patchable to a sink like any other output (the cue/monitor destination routing, #191). Kept SEPARATE from isBusKind on purpose — cue is routable but is NOT a program-audio summing bus, so it stays out of the summing helpers (setBusToMain, matrix sends, the loopback summing) while it is let IN to the output crosspoint. Use THIS at the three output-gating sites (the routable-output enumeration, the engine's output-route methods, and the patchbay destination picker); use isBusKind everywhere program audio is summed.
