The confidence floor that goes with a search budget of maxVoices — half a voice's fair share.
THE MIRROR of omx_hrp_min_confidence_for in pipewire-native/src/hrp_pitch.h, and the two
are held to the same law by output-delay-ceiling.test.ts, which reads the divisor out of the
header. Stated here because the tier that NARROWS a search (the per-family hints below) has to
send a floor across the boundary with it, and a floor typed independently of the budget it is a
fraction of goes wrong in whichever direction the budget last moved.
maxVoices equal voices share the spectrum, so each explains about 1/maxVoices of it; a
floor at that share admits only the loudest of a full chord, so the floor sits at half of it.
At the console's eight that is 0.0625 — a measured factor of four above what a comb on flat
hiss scores (0.0152, hrp_pitch.test.c).
