A gain table for harmonicBands — gainsDb[k] is harmonic k + 1, negative for a cut, 0 for a partial that needs none.
Parameters
- deviationsDb: readonly (number | null)[]
  per-harmonic deviation from the learned baseline, as the native model measures it (NativeHrpPartial.deviationDb); null where there is no answer — unripe, ambiguous or absent — and a null partial is simply not scored
- amount: number
  the operator's 0..1 authority: the fraction of the excess ABOVE the threshold to correct
- maxCutDb: number
  the declared ceiling on one automatic cut, as a positive magnitude
