Format reac-pw's reac.box-model prop into its display form — the Roland model number
('s0808' → 'S-0808', 'S-4000S' → 'S-4000S'). reac-pw publishes the model lower-cased
and dash-less on some boxes and already-dashed on others, so this uppercases and, when the
token has no dash, inserts one between the leading model letters and the digits. Plain string
ops (the codebase avoids regex where a slice does). Returns undefined for the placeholder
'none' / an absent or empty model, so the caller falls back to a generic label.
