A channel's effective linear gain: its own fader gain times the combined DCA scaling (dcaScaleFor). This is the value pushed to the channel's fader node, realising the coupling without any audio sub-bus (ADR 0008).
Parameters

  the channel
- faderLinear: number
  the channel's own fader gain (linear)
- groups: readonly DcaGroup[]
  the DCA groups
Returns number
the effective linear gain to apply to the fader node
