The channel × tail × key address — channelSlotKeyAddress's shape for a rack whose members are named rather than positioned. The insert rack numbers its slots; a chain addresses its processors by a stable id, and both carry the same per-control leaf.

Both member names are the caller's, for the same reason as the slot form: a control port (symbol) and an lv2:Parameter (property) share this shape, and naming the member keeps them distinct addresses instead of one row that has to guess which namespace a key came from.
