Function busTypeAllowed

busTypeAllowed(p: ConsoleProfile, key: keyof BusAllocation): boolean
A bus type is offered iff its per-type max > 0. A 0 max HIDES the Setup row entirely (Midas has no first-class mix-minus type, so its row disappears).
Parameters
- p: ConsoleProfile
  the console profile
- key: keyof BusAllocation
  the bus-allocation key
Returns boolean
true when the appliance offers that bus type
