Apply the selected parts of a clipboard entry onto a target channel.
Applying a part the entry did not capture clears those fields on the target rather than
leaving them: paste means "make this channel like that one in this respect", so copying a
channel with no EQ and pasting its EQ has to leave the target with no EQ. Leaving the old
value would be the surprising reading — the operator would see the paste land on three
channels and skip the fourth.
The target's identity and everything outside the allowlist are untouched by construction.
