Every bus ChannelId the allocation declares, grouped by kind. Mix-minus buses
are first-class mixMinus-kind channels (the N−1 broadcast/IFB primitive) with their own
honest mixMinus/1 … mixMinus/Nmm addresses — NOT aux-kind ids offset past the ordinary
auxes (the historical index-offset hack, now retired: mixMinus is a real
ChannelKind).
